Originally constructed in 1938, this 4,400-square-foot commercial building—once home to the Electrical Workers Foundation—has undergone a comprehensive historical renovation and now serves as the new location for True Roots Chiropractic.

The project focused on preserving the building’s historical character while enhancing its functionality and aesthetic appeal. Notable design elements include:

• Authentic historical series windows that maintain the building’s original architectural charm
• 1′ x 1′ fiberboard ceiling tiles that complement the vintage interior design
• Extensive floor leveling to correct the previously sloped assembly hall, improving usability without compromising historical integrity
