ProjeCarpenter – K. Johnson Construction (KJC)
Location: Central Iowa | Full-Time | $25–$30/hour (DOE)
KJC is a growing, dynamic construction company making an impact in the central Iowa market. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects with precision and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:
– Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry
– Read and interpret plans
– Assist with layout and measurements to ensure accuracy
– Install building materials and ensure quality finishes
– Maintain a clean and safe job site
– Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
– Proven carpentry experience (residential or commercial)
– Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
– Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
